Returns & Exchanges

At C'H'C'M' Shop, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include a copy of your original invoice inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
